TEAM TRAINING CHALLENGE OVERVIEW
The Sobhy Coaching Team Training Challenge is a multi-week program designed to help individuals maintain and grow their personal fitness, stay connected with their community, and help those in need during the time of COVID-19. We are all missing our friends and our sports and the Sobhy Coaching Team Training Challenge is designed to help us stay motivated and connected while continuing to progress in our sport throughout any circumstances.
Through a combination of live and asynchronous workouts, assigned tasks with incentives, and daily motivation via social media, Coach Sobhy inspires participants to push past their limits, grow, and provide much-needed aid and donations.
Over 4 weeks, teams compete for points, gained through exercise, personal development, or charitable giving, and prizes, all while staying unified as a community with a common goal and mindset.
